Relaunching Europe in Warsaw : Poland and the eurozone: Which way forward?
Come and join us on 28 November in Warsaw for an open Relaunching Europe debate on the future of the eurozone and the accession of Poland to the Economic and Monetary Union.
Nearly six years into the global financial crisis, countries of the eurozone still struggle to find their way out of a debt crisis that led to important bailouts plans and deeply undermined the solidarity between member states. In this challenging context, a majority of Poles have expressed concerns and fears regarding the adoption of the common currency in the coming years.
What are the real benefits of the euro? How can we restore solidarity and prevent future debt crisis? What will it take to convince Polish citizens? Could Poland step back? …
Share your views with leading experts, academic, politicians and representatives of the civil society. We want to hear your thoughts and ideas so make sure to join. The debate will be moderated by Jacek ŻAKOWSKI.
The full programme of the evening will soon be available. The debate will be followed by a walking dinner and get-together with live DJ.
The event is free and everybody is welcome! For organisational purposes, we kindly ask that you register for the event.
