"Visit to China 2015."
The S&D delegation composed of the president, Gianni Pittella, and the MEPs Victor Boştinaru, Victor Inmaculada Rodríguez Piñero Fernández and István Ujhelyi are in China to strengthen the political cooperation and global governance with Chinese authorities and to facilitate economic ties with Europe. Their schedule:
• Seminar with faculty and students of Tsinghua (Department of International Relations)
• Seminar - “One belt, one road” initiative, AIIB, China-EU trade and investment and climate change with responsible officials and experts from IDCPC, NDRC, MOFCOM
• Meeting with International Department Central Committee of CPC
• Meet with the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference
• Meeting on China-EU relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Meeting and exchange on China-EU investment and industrial cooperation with China Overseas Development Association
• Meeting with the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee
• Meeting with Shanghai leading officials, Shanghai FTA administration, Commission of Commerce
• Enterprises in Shanghai
