The vote on the #nature #restoration Law may have ended in a draw (44 vs 44) today in the Environment committee, we remain as determined as ever to have it adopted in plenary session. We will work hard to build a progressive majority. The Nature Restoration Law is vital to restore Europe’s endangered ecosystems and biodiversity, to the benefit of all, especially farmers. Sadly, the centre-right EPP sided with the far-right in opposing the law, in total denial of scientific evidence and common sense. By their actions, they have proven once again how little they care about the environment and the future of next generations.
